Academics is seeking an Learning Support Assistant to work in our lovely local primary schools. As a Leaning Support Assistant, you will need to use your initiative to help best support the students on a 1:1 and group basis across EYFS right up to KS2. • Have strong subject knowledge within English Maths and Science (GCSE A – C)
• Be passionate about supporting children with their learning
• The ability to keep children engaged and motivated
• Be enthusiastic, friendly and confident
• Have strong communication skills
• Have good behaviour management skills
• Experienced in working with children

You will be working with students on a 1:1 basis and groups to help support children’s learning in addition to providing a safe and inclusive environment where all children’s needs are established and valued.
