If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our warm and welcoming primary school in Harlow as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), working 1:1 with a child with additional SEN needs.About the RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored 1:1 support for a child with special educational needs, ensuring they feel included, supported, and empowered to thrive in their learning journey.
Foster a positive, safe, and engaging environment that supports their emotional and academic development.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and SEN coordinators to develop and deliver personalised learning strategies.
Adapt activities to suit the child’s unique needs while encouraging independence and confidence.This is a full-time role, starting ASAP, with a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
