This full-time role involves providing one-to-one support, helping students with their academic and social development. You will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised one-to-one support to students with SEN.
• Assist with classroom activities and tailored interventions.
• Build strong, positive relationships with students to enhance their confidence and participation.
• Collaborate with teachers and professionals to address individual learning needs.
• Promote social interaction and inclusion in group activities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about supporting children and making a difference.
• Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to individual student needs.
• Resourceful, flexible, and committed to supporting students facing challenges.
