Our client secondary school in Worthing is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a long-term position starting in September/October 2024.About the Role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and promoting positive educational outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students with their learning.
- Working with students on a one-on-one or small group basis to provide tailored support.
- Helping to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress and providing feedback to teachers.
