Learning Support AssistantLearning Support Assistant – Daventry, Northamptonshire – September start – £90 to £100 per day depending on experienceAre you looking for a new role working with primary aged children and have a background in Special Educational Needs (SEN)?Would you like to work at a school that provides training and development to support you at every stage of your career?Tradewind is working with a Primary School in Daventry to appoint Learning Support Assistants to work with students with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2!*** LSA’s – Daventry, Northamptonshire – £90 to £100 per day depending on experience***September Start – Temporary to permanent roles for those who impress***Exceptional training and development on offer to all***Highly rewarding working environmentKey Responsibilities – LSA – Daventry, Northamptonshire
- Provide support on a 1:1 basis and in a whole class setting with SEN students
- Work closely with teachers and other external professionals to promote an inclusive and nurturing learning atmosphere
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address the specific needs of each student
- The students react well with calm and supportive individuals who are able help them understand the lessons
About you – Learning Support Assistant – Daventry, Northamptonshire
- Relevant qualifications or previous experience working in a classroom setting
- SEN experience is desirable
- Have a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs, contributing to their academic and social growth
- Be able to work with students of differing disabilities and behavioural needs
- Be available to work Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 3.30pm
