Learning Support Assistant – OxfordKS1 – Year 1 – ASAP start1:1 ASD/ADHD SupportWork in an exciting role supporting a vulnerable student that has ASD and ADHD challenges, the student attends a local primary school in Oxford (OX3). The student needs greater educational support from a specialist Learning Support Assistant – Oxford.The Learning Support Assistant – Oxford role would be based onsite at the Primary school, as the Year 1 student attends school on a full timetable. You would focus on KS1 curriculum work, as the Year 1 child is currently working below their academic target. Mornings will typically consist of supporting the child in their classes, guided by the Year 1 Class Teacher on the activities and classwork adaptations.The student gets overwhelmed in certain classroom situations and needs support to better integrate with their Year 1 peers. You will be required to deliver 1:1 afternoon interventions and ad-hoc interventions.
