Learning Support Assistant Sought for Croydon Secondary School (Permanent, Full-Time)We are currently partnering with a well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Croydon, South London, to secure a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team in September. This permanent, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the academic and personal development of students with diverse learning needs.Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to individual or small groups of students across various subjects and year groups.
• Implement personalized learning plans and strategies to enhance students’ understanding and engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.

Qualifications and Experience:
