This pivotal role involves enhancing the quality of our digital assessment processes and supporting our academic and professional service staff in the delivery of these initiatives. The successful candidate will be integral in designing and promoting best practice, providing key advice and guidance as well as ensuring compliance of digital assessment in relation to accessibility and data protection laws.The role will require excellent knowledge and experience of digital assessment platforms and the delivery of digital assessments via VLE platforms. The University of London currently uses the Inspera platform and the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting this platform, providing training and support to educators to ensure successful delivery of digital assessments.Key responsibilities
- Develop and enhance digital assessment methodologies in collaboration with academics and professional service staff.
- Lead training sessions and workshops focusing on best practices and effective use of our digital assessment platforms.
- Contribute to the creation of policies and documentation to support digital assessment practices.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and data protection laws.
- Stay abreast of current trends in digital assessment to recommend innovative solutions.

- Tech-savvy with a proven willingness to learn new skills.
- A committed team player, flexible, personable and with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A solid understanding of the UK Higher Education sector and online learning.
