About the roleWe are seeking a Registered Nurse (Children & Young People) with community and critical care experience, to join our successful and highly committed teams delivering high quality education to the children and young people’s nursing workforce, both pre and post qualifying. Previous experience of teaching and leading is highly desirable and your application should detail your areas of clinical/teaching experience and expertise. Upon completion of probation objectives these colleagues are automatically moved into the Assistant Professor role. You must hold a Master’s degree in a related area and/ or be qualified to Doctoral level (for Lecturer/Assistant Professor posts).Applicants for the Lecturer/Assistant Professor role should hold a doctoral qualification, have demonstrable specialist expert knowledge, and subject expertise in a relevant subject discipline.Experience of designing, delivering, assessing, and evaluating high quality teaching and learning practice as well as evidence of high-quality research outputs are essential.Applicants for the Assistant Professor (Practice) role should hold a Master’s degree in a relevant subject and professional qualification or substantial professional experience in the discipline.
