The School of Psychology is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Psychology, with an expertise in Coaching Psychology and/or Organisational Psychology. The post is open to ambitious, research-driven individuals with a background in the application of psychology in organisational contexts, although preference will be given to those with experience of research in coaching and other psychological interventions in organisational settings. The successful candidate will have experience of researching in the area and should demonstrate a strong publication record appropriate to their stage of career, a substantial potential for funding, and an understanding of the current areas of research, theory and practices.

You will be an excellent team player as well as capable of developing and leading your own research agenda in line with the University research strategy. You will be able to demonstrate how you will be ready for future REF submission through a publication record and research trajectory that demonstrates high quality. There will be opportunities to develop your knowledge and expertise through staff development courses and events.
