Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer.– THE ROLE –The post holder will support the delivery of the key areas of teaching and research in the discipline of Computing. They will primarily contribute to both full time and part time undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes offered by the School of Computing in the Faculty of Computing, Engineering, and the Built Environment. The post holder will undertake research in areas aligned with Artificial Intelligence and/or Pervasive Computing. – A PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or cognate discipline
– Evidence of having contributed to teaching at university level in relevant Computing or cognate subjects
– Experience of presenting research findings at conferences or meetings
– A record of high-quality peer reviewed publications in international journals and/or international conferences, commensurate with stage of career
