Agile working (blend of home and office based)The OpportunityThe School of Life Sciences is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Ecology and Conservation to develop and maintain a leading research programme. They will also contribute to the development and delivery of the school’s undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including our new BSc/MSci in Ecology and Conservation and MSc programme in Biodiversity and Conservation. This is a permanent position, representing a commitment to the long-term support and development of the successful candidate.We are looking for a researcher with a genuine love for knowledge discovery, a capacity for innovation, and a strong collaborative ethic. You will have a Ph.D. in a relevant field and a track record of academic achievement which demonstrates your potential to lead an independent programme of research within the school. You will be able to incorporate your knowledge, expertise and experiences into exciting learning experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
