This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of engineering talent and contribute to a vibrant, forward-thinking academic community.Your Responsibilities Will Include:As a Lecturer in Engineering with a focus on Machining and CNC, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and support to our students. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and managing inclusive, engaging, high-standard learning and assessments in engineering.
• Providing targeted guidance to support student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression.
• Utilising B&FC’s digital and in-person teaching tools (e.g., VLE, tracking software) to enhance student success.
• Contributing to the academic community through ongoing research, scholarship, and professional practice.
