Contract: Full-time, Permanent

• Delivering exciting, industry-relevant Esports and Game Design modules up to Level 6
• Supporting students’ academic and personal development, including pastoral duties and group tutorials
• Creating engaging schemes of work and learning materials that reflect current and emerging industry trends
• Contributing to curriculum innovation, student assessment, and progression tracking
• Being an inspiring role model and mentor for the next wave of esports and game design talent

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A strong background in Esports or Gaming – industry experience and subject expertise are essential
• A degree in a relevant subject
• Ideally, experience teaching at FE or HE level (but not a deal-breaker)
• A teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one)
• A passion for inspiring students and shaping the future of the digital creative industry
