Job Description:Grade UE08: £49,250 to £60,321 per annumCAHSS/ School of LawFull-time: 35 hours per weekOpen-ended: permanentThe Opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and innovative academic to join the School of Law as a Lecturer in Global Law. You should have an established teaching and research profile as well as a proven commitment to promoting the student experience. You will contribute to developing and delivering new learning teaching and assessment (including dissertation supervision) in Global Law and cognate fields. You will also provide a focal point to promote the Law School as a centre of excellence for teaching and research in Global Law.You will play a full part in the collegiate life of the Edinburgh Law School and will be expected to develop and execute an ambitious and impactful research agenda, which takes a global and pluralist legal perspective on your specialism or legal sub-discipline, and which leads to the publication of internationally-excellent publications in line with the School REF strategy.The School of Law strives to be a diverse and inclusive community.
