Lecturer in Management

The School of Business is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Business and Management. We would particularly welcome applicants whose area of expertise lies in the areas of Hospitality/Tourism /Management/HRM or International Strategic Management and would be able to teach across at least two disciplines. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, innovative and committed to delivering an excellent student experience in online and face to face settings.

The successful candidate will join a highly motivated team with considerable expertise and experience in both undergraduate and post graduate course delivery. It will be expected that the person appointed will be familiar with contemporary developments in their discipline and will be able to contribute to course development.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills, be committed to the success of students, demonstrate effective learning, teaching and assessment skills. Good interpersonal skills as well as an ability to work independently and collaboratively are core requirements for this post. A good honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and a relevant Masters qualification are essential criteria for his post.
