Lecturer in Physical and Computational Chemistry (AP12810)

The Department of Chemistry at Bath has a vacant fixed-term Computational/Physical Chemistry Lectureship position (teaching only), which is available from September 2025 to August 2027 to cover a member of staff supported through a secondment. The successful candidate will be expected to prepare and deliver teaching material, as well as assess and mark coursework, act as an academic advisor and run small group teaching activities. The position will also require the supervision of undergraduate laboratory classes. The role carries a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to play a proactive and creative role in the development of teaching activities in the department. The successful applicant will have a proven record of high-quality teaching in chemistry.Both the Department and the University are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive working environment.
