Our research covers the spectrum from applied to theoretical, from qualitative to quantitative methods, and from start-ups to established firms. With world-leading scholars publishing in top academic journals and a flourishing programme of seminars, conferences and workshops, we offer a lively research and intellectual culture. We publish in leading generalist journals, including Academy of Management journals, Academy of Management Review, Strategic Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management Studies, and Organization Science, and leading entrepreneurship and innovation journals such as Research Policy, Journal of Business Venturing, and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice. Successful candidates will be expected to deliver a sustained record of world-leading research published in elite journals, funding capture and practical impact, and contribute high-quality teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
