Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (HASS)This full time post is available on a permanent basis.The roleThe post of Lecturer in the Psychology of Education will contribute to extending the research profile of Education at Exeter, particularly in areas related to the Psychology of Education. You will also work to support the design, delivery and production of teaching and learning material for a range of core postgraduate modules within our campus and online MSc Psychology Conversion programmes. You will work with Professor Annabel Watson (SoE Director of Education and Student Experience) and relevant programme leads to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the MSc programmes and in accord with the Faculty’s education strategy.About youYou will have:

  • A PhD in the Psychology of Education and have an independent, internationally-recognised research programme in a relevant active field of research
  • A strong record in attracting funding for research, or demonstrate potential to attract such funding
  • An active approach to inter-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary research
  • Enthusiasm for delivering high quality undergraduate programmes
  • Strong connections and funded projects with business and community partners
  • Involvement in projects which develop impact
