The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced flexible, qualified Lecturer to join out “Outstanding” SEND team, to teach across a wide range of subjects including Employability skills, Functional Skills Maths, Functional Skills English, Personal and Social Development and Travel Training. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to use their excellent teaching and skills to provide an outstanding learning experience for our learners with a range of SEND ranging from severe to moderate.
Skills and Experience
Applicants should hold a full teaching qualification and be highly experienced in working with learners with a range of SEND. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire both students and staff. You’ll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills.
