The University for the Creative Arts is seeking a talented individual in games to contribute to the development and delivery of our highly regarded and expanding programme of games courses at our Farnham Campus. You will also contribute to expanding our professional engagement with the games industry or to our growing research profile.
We are seeking someone with creativity, skill, enthusiasm and experience, who is passionate about games and games education to join our growing team. You will have the practical skills, knowledge and experience to work with our undergraduate and postgraduate students to expand their knowledge and skills in games design and development. Games is an area of significant growth at UCA; could you play a substantial role in developing our taught programme, grow our research, expand our connections with industry and develop our professional networks in the region and globally.
You will have experience of teaching of games design at HE level and you will have comprehensive knowledge and experience of the relevant game engines such as Unreal, Unity, and other relevant software packages including Maya. Experience of games development in the industry would be an advantage.

You must be able to demonstrate good team working abilities, as well as good organisational and communication skills. The teaching duties will include all related course administration and require the successful candidate to be pro-active in developing new learning and teaching methods. You will also be required to participate in marketing and student recruitment activities and to potentially engage in professional research in the subject area.
