Location: Medway and Avery Hill CampusInterview date: To be confirmedAre you looking for an exciting opportunity at the University of Greenwich to join our expanding team of Paramedics, delivering our undergraduate programme?We are advertising for two posts, one based at our Avery Hill campus and one based at our Medway campus. Please note that in addition to the advertised salary, the Avery Hill appointment would attract Academic London weighting allowance of £4069 per annum.We are seeking to appoint experienced paramedic practitioners/educators who will have a commitment to contributing to the university’s excellence in teaching and learning. We welcome applications from experienced paramedics who are keen to develop their role as educators, having developed teaching and assessing skills through a practice assessor or equivalent role. The School would also consider part-time working and or secondments from staff employed in the ambulance service.This opportunity is open to Paramedics with broad practitioner experience and/or teaching experience in a higher education institute and is registered with the HCPC. As a lecturer you will be responsible for delivering high quality education and an excellent student experience in a variety of formats, where diversity, inclusivity and equality are celebrated, as well as the opportunity to take part in research and enterprise activities.
