37 hours per weekAn exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Pharmacology and Physiology within the Division of Biomedical and Life Sciences at the University of Huddersfield. The person appointed to the post would be expected to contribute to teaching in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and physiology and related subjects in the BSc Pharmacology degree programme and other courses within the Division.You will work with an experienced team to support the delivery, administration and assessment of students. You will be able to demonstrate that you can support students through a range of methods and strategies to ensure a high-quality learning experience.With a PhD or nearing completion, the Senior Lecturer position would be suitable for those with a track record of delivering education, research and carrying out associated administration.You will be joining the Division of Biomedical and Life Sciences, which is part of the Department of Physical and Life Sciences. The Department is part of School of Applied Sciences. The Department is a great place to work with a supportive and collegiate environment and excellent research facilities.
