About us UCL STEaPP would like to recruit a permanent Lecturer (Teaching) looking to make a teaching career at UCL. The new Lecturer (Teaching) will teach primarily on the BSc Science and Engineering for Social Change while also contributing to its development and act as Deputy Lead for the HtCtW programme.About the role The successful applicant will work closely with colleagues in the Department of Science, Technology, Engineering and Public Policy (UCL STEaPP) Department to deliver our BSc Science and Engineering for Social Change, contribute to the development and evolution of the programme, and co-lead the How to Change the World (HtCtW) programme. This will involve creating high-quality teaching materials and other resources for teaching and supporting students’ learning and journey throughout the programmes.About you Candidates should have experience in delivering problem and/or project-based learning and running undergraduate project modules, a PhD in a discipline relevant for Science, Technology, Engineering and Public Policy, experience in departmental roles in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme, and an ability to develop comprehensive for online or on-campus delivery.
