Lecturer (Teaching) International Relations and Foreign Policy Analysis (Fixed Term)

The Department of Politics, Languages and International Studies (PoLIS) is looking for a colleague to join us for the 2023-24 academic year.

About the role 

To support the delivery of our International Relations programmes at undegraduate and postgraduate level, specifically in the the area of Foreign Policy Analysis, International Organisations and International Relations. 

It would be beneficial if you can additionally teach in Spanish or Latin American foreign policy. You will join a friendly and supportive team, and will teach on the modules listed above. You will also undertake undergraduate dissertation supervisions and will act as personal tutor to students.

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) fixed term basis with an expected end date of 30/08/2024.

PoLIS is a dynamic and renowned multidisciplinary department with key strengths in the study of security and conflict, gender politics, nationalism, populism and radicalism, social movements, political representation, and the politics of memory.
