Lecturer – Upskilling Radiographer

Would you like an exciting 12-month opportunity to develop your leadership, education and workforce development skills?  

We are seeking to appoint a Radiographer on a 12-month contract either on a full time, part time or secondment basisto support the development of a funded bid ‘Upskilling Radiographers’ to develop and deliver the CPD events within the remit of the project and develop a strategy for future work.

Working very closely with the Enterprise Lead within Radiography you will take a lead role leading, planning and coordinating delivery, working collaboratively with the North West Imaging Academy and other partners in the coordination of CPD provision. The post holder will implement teaching and learning, widening participation and other strategies in order to ensure the provision of high-quality learning opportunities and the best possible student experience.  A central component to the role will be focused towards working with other partners, specifically NW Imaging Academy and others across the wider region.

The post-holder will be expected to: 

  • Work as part of the team to deliver excellent education and student experience
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, design, develop and deliver a range of radiography CPD events

  • Foster the development of an inclusive community, using teaching approaches which encourage inclusivity and success for all

We are looking for a motivated, creative and ambitious individual to work within our Radiography team, building on our strengths and developing new areas of business to meet the demands of a changing world.

  • Please note this is a 12month contract either on a full time, part time or secondment basis. The salary is grade 8; ranging from £44,414 to £52,841 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
