This includes advising on complex outsourcing contracts, public procurements and ensuring compliance with the latest regulations. Your role is critical in safeguarding our operations and supporting our growth strategy, making a direct impact on our success.What you’ll do:Provide expert legal and commercial advice to support our Government services business.Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including client facing, supplier facing and partnership agreements.Advise on PFI/PPP contracts and complex outsourcing contracts involving soft and hard facilities management services.Handle legal aspects of government and public sector procurement.Assess and manage legal and commercial risks in cooperation with business functions.Conduct training on legal, commercial, and regulatory issues.Oversee external legal services and manage associated costs effectively. What you bring:Degree in law with strong academic credentials.Qualified as a solicitor or barrister in the UK or a similar jurisdiction.Experience gained in a top-tier law firm and relevant in-house roles.Significant experience in public procurements, complex structured projects like PFI and commercial law.Experience in joint ventures and partnership models.Good working knowledge of data protection and information security.Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What we offer: Competitive Salary + Annual Bonus + Excellent benefits packageWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
