Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty.
In this role, you will focus on supporting teams across Oxfam on employment queries and employment litigation in the UK and internationally. You will advise both country programmes across the world and the HR team in the UK on complex employment law matters, offering advice that reflects Oxfam’s values and balances the various risks, and will advise on the law and positive action that Oxfam can use to further its Equality and Anti-Racist Strategies.
As a member of the Oxfam GB legal team, the postholder will also be required to provide commercially astute legal advice on range of legal matters related to employment as necessary to meet the priorities of Oxfam .

Flexfam:
We believe flexible working is key to building the Oxfam of the future, so we’re open to talking through the type of flexible arrangements which might work for you. The role may be suitable for part time or as a job share. This role is based in Oxford and will require attendance in the office at least once a week, and other days as required by business needs.
