This position is perfect for an enthusiastic individual who can assist in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering high-quality lessons.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, ensuring they understand and complete their work.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential.
• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes student well-being.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working with secondary school students, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
• Enthusiasm, patience, and a commitment to supporting student success.
