Are you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Louth looking to utilise your skills? or across Lincolnshire? Primary, Nursery or SEND Schools?Are you looking for a new challenge and want to develop your skill set in a different setting?Check you meet the following criteria for a Level 3 TA:

• Have experience working within schools.
• Follow planning and take lessons.
• Be confident with the curriculum.
• Hold a relevant qualification for Level 3.
• Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils.
• Have the ability to think on your feet.
• Good timekeeping skills.

I am Shannon and I have been working with schools and within schools since 2013! I have built up a great reputation with the schools and candidates I work with and am always available to offer support, guidance and advice when needed.
I am also a qualified Teacher so I understand the importance of offering quality staff in schools.
This is day to day work with the possibility of longer term/permanent roles if this is of interest.
