  • Salary: GSAL point 13, £23,529 FTE. Actual salary payable:
  • 35 hours per week plus five days, £19,320.93
  • 17.5 hours per week plus five days, £9,660.46

We have two roles available, a full-time position at 35 hours per week, and a second part-time position at 17.5 hours per week. In your application, please state which hours would you like to be considered for.As a library assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our senior school library while also providing valuable assistance to our primary school libraries. You’ll staff the library counter, manage book returns and issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our Library Management System across all three libraries. Your organisational skills will help maintain orderly shelves, prepare new stock, and create attractive displays that showcase our diverse range of books and periodicals.You’ll also monitor and replenish student stationery supplies, check in new periodicals, and assist with stock checks, cataloguing, and maintaining accurate records of library users. Your attention to detail will keep our library resources reliable and up-to-date.
