Licensed Call Center Supervisor – $20.00/ hour
The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of ten (10) high performing customer-focused, licensed agents and/or Team Leads who manage incoming phone calls for insurance inquiries. The supervisor will field questions, concerns, and call overflows, as well as coach their team as needed. Must have exceptional customer service expertise and strong verbal/ written communication skills.
