Job Objective Abstract

The post-holder might be a key member of NatureScot’s licensing staff within the Wildlife Administration
Exercise Staff enterprise a spread of duties supporting the supply of NatureScot’s licensing
perform. The primary focus of the function is managing and delivering licensing casework responses,
notably for novel and contentious instances and instances involving new areas of licensing

Key Duties and Accountabilities 

  • Handle and QA complicated and contentious instances associated to licencing casework
  • Workers/ staff line and matrix administration – a key function within the licensing staff offering a
    co-ordinated and constant strategy to service supply, buyer focus and legislative
    compliance to make sure environment friendly supply of our licensing perform
  • Help NatureScots compliance monitoring strategy together with enterprise website visits as
    mandatory
