We love best practices but we aren’t afraid to break them.We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to engage, retain, and maximize the value of our customer base throughout their journey with our company. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product and Product Marketing teams to build strong engagement and conversion programs. You’re someone who is interested and passionate about music and empowering creators. You have hands-on experience in strategizing, executing, and analyzing marketing initiatives and you keep up with marketing trends, updates, and best practices. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in person at our Downtown Office.Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize awareness, engagement and conversion campaigns to various customer segments
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns—from initial concept through to execution. Developing detailed briefs, establishing content and messaging guidelines, architecting campaign frameworks, and segmenting audiences. Manage the creative process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support go-to-market strategies and product launches, ensuring that marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with broader business goals. Facilitate communication between teams to align objectives and maximize the impact of new initiatives.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, organize and refine campaign performance metrics to identify trends, measure success, provide actionable insights and relay to stakeholders. Utilize these findings to make data-driven recommendations that drive continuous improvement and elevate overall marketing effectiveness.
- Enhance segmentation and content personalization strategies by leveraging deep user insights and comprehensive business data. Ensure that every piece of content is finely tuned to meet the specific needs and preferences of distinct customer groups.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory requirements in marketing and sales, ensuring that all strategies are not only effective but also compliant with the latest standards and guidelines.
- Exploring creative ways to achieve the best possible end product through A/B testing, analysis and out of the box ideas.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Marketing automation tools like Customer.IO and Email Service Providers is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication
- A data-driven approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL legislation.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and Liquid
- Project management and organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Growth mindset: the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities and get the job done with excellence
- The ability to measure analyze and report on results that drive key company strategies and roadmaps
