This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team working with farmers, land managers, rural businesses and community organisations to deliver projects that enhance nature, tackle climate challenges, celebrate our heritage and strengthen local communities.

An important part of the role will be developing positive working relationships with farmers, landowners and land managers and key organisations involved in the programme. You will also support wider promotional activity and assist in sharing good practice across the national FiPL network.
We are looking for someone who combines excellent organisational skills with an interest in environmental, conservation or rural development work. It is essential that you have a degree level qualification in environmental management, land management, rural development or similar; or can offer equivalent relevant work experience.
