Highly-rated law firm is looking to add a stellar construction litigation attorney to their growing team!Must have at least 3 years of litigation experience to be considered.Requirements:

• 3-10 years of construction litigation experience experience required
• Licensed to practice in Alberta
• Areas of practice include commercial or civil litigation including construction defense, breach of contract, insurance defense, premises and product liability, tort, class actions or labor/employment
• Experience with discovery, motions, leading depositions, and pleadings
• Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
