Introduction
[SCOPE OF TENDER : UNDP Liberia seeks to engage a qualified local firm to support the Government of Liberia, through the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA), in rolling out the implementation of the Real Property Tax Expansion Project in District #3, Grand Bassa County. The selected firm will provide both technical and operational support to advance key components of the initiative, including real property identification and capture, stakeholder consultations, data collection and verification, deduplication of captured properties, property valuation, taxpayer and property registration, public awareness and education, issuance of tax bills, and strengthening supervision and coordination mechanisms.
