The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) requires the services of a Local Individual Consultant to Develop Infrastructure O&M Manuals and Conduct Capacity Building Training for Municipal Engineers and Community Maintenance in Timor-Leste. UNDP therefore hereby invite interested and qualified individuals to submit an offer for this particular assignment.
Period of assignment/services: The assignment should be completed within a period of six months from contract issuance.
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
