Applications are invited for a Locum Consultant in Interventional Cardiology.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing department within Northwick Park Hospital, Central Middlesex and Ealing Hospitals. Consultants are expected to work at all sites of the Trust delivering acute and elective care and to liaise with colleagues and GPs.London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is one of the largest integrated care Trusts in the country bringing together hospital and community services across the boroughs of Brent, Harrow and Ealing. The department is working eventually towards providing 24/7 acute cardiac services and this new role will be an integral part to this provision.Main duties of the jobThe job plan incorporates 10 programmed activities, with dedicated 2 weekly sessions in Cath Lab in Northwick Park Hospital, Outpatient Clinics, dedicated time for ContinuousProfessional Development, as well as 1 in 10 Consultant of the week rota .
