Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Monitor shipping lead times and performance metric
- Reporting & Analysis, Maintain shipping logs and cost reports
Qualifications:
- Experience in Transportation (Road, Air and Ocean Export).
- Familiar with local “same day” transportation.
- Customs (B13, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice)
- Familiarity with Incoterms, HS codes, and customs documentation
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving skill and strong communication skills.
- Must be Detail orientated.
- SAP knowledge is an assert.
