Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are hiring a 2nd or 3rd shift Customer Service Associate. This is a contract to hire position. The ideal candidate will have customer service / call center experience and be a great communicator.

salary: $19.5 – $20 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 8 PM – 6 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Work closely with common carriers to ensure on-time deliveries by checking shipment status daily and maintaining transportation relationships.

• Communicate with associates from other shifts

• Complete daily logs and checklists

• Work with customer to resolve any transportation issues
