Logistics Dispatcher

Position Purpose:

The primary role of the dispatcher is to facilitate order shipping and distribution to customers. The dispatcher will be integral in enhancing our customer experience.

Position Accountabilities:

– Checking ongoing orders.

– Comparing the packaged items against the invoice before closing the package.

– Performing the necessary system transactions as required.

– Controlling the dispatch area and ensuring all orders are labeled as required.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

· Ability to commute to Awaerej on a daily basis.

· Good working knowledge of MS Office; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage.

· Ability to Multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Passion for delivering a great customer experience.

· Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

· Excellent data accuracy skills.

· High attention to detail.
