– Permanent Monday to Friday flexible hours

– Salary dependent on experience, very competitive (50-70k) + commission structure
– 2 weeks right away + 1 week of at Christmas paid

– Develop relationships with new customers
– Manage relationships with current carriers to provide excellent service to our existing customers
– Negotiate competitive rates with carriers depending on current market rates
– Monitor progress of shipments on a daily basis to ensure coverage, on-time performance and addressing any mid-transit issues
– Communicate load statuses, issues and concerns to sales representativesQualifications
– Minimum 1 year in the transportation industry
– Good knowledge of carrier relations, lanes, negotiations
– Confident and go-getter mindset, eager, reliable
