Lot Coordinator / Customer Service Representative in Nashville, Tennessee

Job Descriptions:

UR2 is seeking a motivated Lot Coordinator to join our Nashville, TN., team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the post-repossession process, as well as helping to keep the storage lot maintained.

In this position, you will be spending time outdoors. Responsibilities include:

• Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos

• Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles

• Complete condition reports in a timely manner

• Prep vehicles for transport to auction

• Provide customer service to customers redeeming vehicles and personal property

• Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot

• Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor

This is an entry-level position, we provide all training! Starting at $18+/hour, based on experience.

• Full-time applicants qualify for a periodic sign-on bonus totaling $500.00 (After the first 30 days of employment, $125.00 bonus paid out, after the first 60 days of employment, $125.00 bonus paid out, after the first 90 days of employment, $250.00 bonus paid out).

Note This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass pre-employment screening. Due to insurance regulations, you must be at least 23 years of age.

You must have a great team-first work attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You should be willing to work in outside conditions year-round, and be able to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and effectively. You also must have good computer skills in order to enter vehicle information into our database.
