We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Multi-Skilled Developer to join our team. This role requires expertise in Akumina, Mendix, and full-stack development while also demanding strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Akumina, Mendix, and full-stack technologies.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications.

• Design and develop scalable and efficient solutions that meet both business and technical needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, business analysts, and other developers.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

• Document technical processes, workflows, and system functionalities clearly and concisely.

• Implement software automation of less complex business processes for internal customers.

• Assist with custom development, technical documentation, testing, and implementation.

• Interact with internal users and analysts.

• Perform minor user support, corrections, reporting and enhancements, while sometimes participating on projects.

• Develop proficiency in an applied technical area, such as SAP ABAP, Java, C++, APEX, SQL Server, SAP BW, or Greenplum. .

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Akumina for building modern digital workplace experiences.

• Ability to create custom widgets in Akumina.

• Proficiency in Mendix for low-code application development.

• Strong full-stack development skills, including experience with:

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Backend: Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python

• Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, or MongoDB

• APIs & Integrations: RESTful services, GraphQL, or SOAP

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced or Agile environment.

• Strong UI/UX understanding to ensure an optimal user experience.
