Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office.The Co-op Analyst role is responsible for supporting the Vendor Loyalty Revenue Growth team to help grow engagement and utilization of the loyalty program and data portal among Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) partners. This role emphasizes Business and Analytics; the ideal candidate is looking to make an impact within our team and has experience with end-to-end campaign management, creating data-driven PowerPoints, gathering insights from large data sets, identifying its implications to business processes, then creating actionable recommendations.What You’ll Do
- Support the Vendor Loyalty Revenue Growth team through the development of targeted loyalty offers on the PC Optimum app.
- Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end loyalty processes and system related business logic
- Monitor offer performance, identify issues, then develop and implement solutions
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on vendor performance, offer utilization, and vendor engagement
- Build dashboards and reporting to easily share results with the Vendor Loyalty team and advise on improvements
- Conduct weekly reconciliations and remediation ensuring accurate offer reporting
- Work with category, marketing, media, legal, operations to plan vendor promotions, manage timelines, and advise of any key updates
What You’ll Need:Must Have:
- You are currently working towards a University Degree in Business, Operations, Business Analytics, or Business Management.
- Proven analytics skills: conceptualizing, analyzing, deriving insights from large data sets, and designing an execution plan to derive results from insights
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel
- Can create visually engaging slides in PowerPoint
- Able to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders in writing and in person
Good to Have:
- Experience working with CPGs or with Retailers
- Experience with VBA
