  • Exhibit enthusiasm to learn and an interest in the business and role. Display an eagerness to build knowledge and willingness to put in the effort to develop skills.

Maintain high standards of punctuality, attendance, appearance and professionalism at all timesObserving, learning and understanding a wide range of skills and processes while under the instruction of skilled staffTo be able to demonstrate these skills and processes as the training period progresses by working independently or with a team, undertaking tasks as instructed and increasing overall contribution to the businessTo undertake and successfully complete all training activities, achieving the academic grades and practical skills in order to complete the apprenticeship qualification.To learn and comply with relevant Health & Safety legislation at all timesTo ensure the quality of output at all timesTo accurately record all work undertaken; completing and submitting all reports on timeInvolvement in continuous improvement activitiesTo represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain customer relationsTo adhere to the quality processes and procedures as set out by the companyTo maintain records and log book over the duration of the apprenticeship period, recording projects that have been undertaken and the skills learned and submitting and reporting requirements within the required timescaleActivities will include but not be limited to:Carryout scheduled maintenance in line with manufacturers’ requirementsProvide first-line support to our customers in fault rectification of these systemsIdentify faults, establish root causes and suggest improvements to engineer out the issueCommunicate back to the main business for upgrades and project opportunitiesManage customers’ expectations during breakdownsFacilitate the sharing of knowledge and improvements, both within the site team and to the wider businessAdhere to health and safety standards, including but not limited to Method Statements and Risk AssessmentsComply with the company policy as defined in the Staff Handbook, Safety Manual, and Quality Assurance ManualWork across multiple sites as requestedRequirements: All applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/5 or above) including the core subjects of Maths, Science, and English.Dematic is proud to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
