via all communication channels.

This is the perfect role for someone looking to start their career in major donor fundraising
or strategic partnerships – due to the varied nature of the role, no two days will be the same!

  • Good general administrative skills, including mail and email-merging
  • Good organisational skills with a methodical approach to working on a number of tasks
simultaneously while prioritising and working to deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently, effectively and
diplomatically with a wide range of people at all levels
  • The ability to work proactively, identifying improvements to work practices maintained within
the team and with other teams
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

The team:

The Head of Major Giving oversees a team split into three, consisting of Major and High Value

line manages the Team Assistant, works alongside them to service the entire team.
