Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in Year 4
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and well-being
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 4
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• A commitment to inclusive education and the welfare of all pupils
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive approach to teaching and learning
