Leading and managing the Managed Services team to deliver high-quality support and solutions to clients
Strategizing and implementing service delivery plans to enhance operational efficiency
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Managed Services department, including resource allocation and performance management
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive service improvements and innovation
Identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring the team meets service level agreements (SLAs)
Developing and mentoring team members to foster a high-performance culture

In this role, you will be responsible for…

Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients
Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Conducting regular reviews with clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service
Leading initiatives to enhance service offerings and improve client experiences

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Managed Services or IT service delivery management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Experience in client management and relationship-building
Proven track record of achieving operational goals and driving service improvements
Experience with D365 CE and/or F&O
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
